Our pricing strategy reflects a deliberate decision to maintain modest profit margins, as our primary objective is to encourage a widespread adoption of our items among our holders, fostering a community that extends beyond individual ownership. This strategic approach aligns with our broader marketing goal of creating a network effect, where holders not only purchase items for themselves but also influence their friends and family to do the same.
In addition to this, we are actively engaging with influencers to amplify our brand presence. By having them showcase our clothing, we aim to attract a broader audience and establish a distinctive identity within the market. We believe our meticulously designed logo and NFT art lay the foundation for a genuine brand that resonates with our community.
The introduction of Custom V2 Pugs is a key element in our strategy. As holders create personalised Pugs and subsequently purchase items from our store, this not only facilitates organic marketing but also serves as a gateway for onboarding to Cardano and Space Pugs, expanding our reach even further.
To incentivise creativity and participation, all Custom V2 Pugs will be seamlessly integrated into our store for purchase at no cost to the creators. Recognising the potential financial constraints, we acknowledge the reality that not all holders can amass five V2s for customisation, especially with anticipated price increases. Therefore, we are diversifying our offerings by allowing Regular V2s to be added to the store, with a nominal fee payable in Gefi points or $pugchips, where 100% of the latter will be burned.
In the initial phase, our merchandising operations are streamlined through Printful and Shopify. However, we have a visionary roadmap for 2024, where we aspire to transition to a more direct collaboration with suppliers and enlist the services of a marketing agency. This ambitious progression underscores our commitment to evolving and refining our operations for sustained growth.
Furthermore, our commitment to community engagement extends to our innovative profit-sharing model. We are exploring mechanisms for holders to earn a percentage of each sale generated by their custom creations. This not only adds a unique utility to our ecosystem but also presents the potential for exponential growth, particularly as we advance into the second phase of our strategic plan.
